We are continuing to build each week up to the Final Project assignment of preparing the completed Advanced Directives submission. In the previous week, we explored Hospice and Living Wills. This week, explore some areas of personal ethical and/or legal issues that you may anticipate encountering with implementing your Living Will.

Please submit a written response to:

A Living Will may have concrete verbiage that speaks to “incapacity”, what does this mean to you and for you?
As you explored developing your Living Will, … a reflective paper about some sensitive areas that may arise, and what can be put in place to help navigate these challenging areas.

Not only will this help towards the completion of your Final Project Assignment, but it will also provide building blocks for tools utilized to assist families and patients with Advanced Life Care Planning.
