I think it is one of the biggest strengths of mine is my communication skills. I can communicate with employees from different backgrounds and customers from different backgrounds with the perfect use of both verbal and nonverbal communication.

The communication skill that I have has helped me to maintain PRICE elements of success. PRICE refers to professionalism, respect, integrity, caring, and engagement.

Professionalism: my communication skill has helped me in maintaining my professionalism communicating all the stakeholders in the organization perfectly with decency and accurate limitation. It has helped me in establishing a strong professional Outlook.

• Respect: my communication skill has helped me to be responsive to everyone. The responsiveness has made me respectful to managers, employees, and customers.

• Integrity: the communication skill has helped me to maintain a perfect integration in the organization with all the stakeholders. Communication skill enhances the integration process which has supported me to keep a steady relationship with all the stakeholders.

• Caring: I communicate with all my employees regularly both formally and informally. I use my informal communication skills to supervise whether employees are satisfied or not at the workplace and whether they are having good health or not.
