Discussion instructions:

The student will post one thread of at least 500–600 words by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Thursday of the assigned Module: Week. The student must then post 2 replies of at least 250–300 words. For each thread, students must support their assertions with at least 1 scholarly citation, 1 reference to the textbook, and at least 1 reference to Scripture in APA format. After examining the Reading & Study materials presented in Module 1: Week 1, assess John Maxwell’s statement, “There’s no such thing as ‘business’ ethics.” Is this a true statement? Discuss why or why not.

As you are formulating your response, be sure to discuss the role ethics can play in the organizational culture in general, as well as how it might contribute to business success. In addition, compare and contrast having general value-driven ethics with exercising a specifically Christian-based ethics.
