The Strategy Report involves developing a strategic business plan for the COVID-19 era.

Strategy Report Outline

The Strategy Report Outline will aim to provide the board of directors, students, and instructor, with the plan of your project before the final project submission at the end of the term.

– The proposal will involve writing a strategic outline Two pages (Word version) long (font: 12; space:1.5).
Each outline is to include the following sections:

Chosen company name and industry
Background (i.e., project motivation)
Company overview
Work plan (action plan prior to submitting the final written report, ex, task, deadline)
What information resources are available to you for completing this project, e.g.,
what articles, interviews you can obtain, annual reports, etc.
Reporting the availability of information sources is very important.
it is required to complete a strategy report project in which you investigate aspects of the strategic management of a chosen firm, to extend a certain theory and frameworks you learned in class. Each student will select a firm (not necessarily a Canadian one). Students are asked to develop a corporate strategy plan for the company that might test your entrepreneurial ability. The strategy report involves developing a business plan for a specified product only, not a service.
