The following is an actual broadcast that the residents of Great Falls, Montana saw on February 13, 2013:

Of course, this broadcast was completely fake. There was no zombie outbreak.

It was revealed later that a hacker had infiltrated the Emergency Alert System and used it to prank unsuspecting residents. To this day, the hacker has never been found!
