Miss. V is at her GYN appointment with complaints of redness, itching, and soreness of the internal and external vagina and labia. She also states that she has had painful intercourse and some bleeding after intercourse. She is 25 years old and had her menses since age 12. She is sexually active and not in a committed relationship currently. She had a PAP smear in which revealed she has human Papilloma Virus (HPV).
