1. Analyze the current data infrastructure at the clinic and provide a snapshot of the data types and their sources. If there are missing pieces of information, identify those, as well as what could be done to obtain that data on a continuous basis.
2. Considering the plan to participate in data reporting as well as AHIMA’s Data Quality Model, provide at least 3 specific recommendations to improve data quality.
3. Discuss the vulnerabilities of the systems, when it comes to security breaches. With the assumption that the facility has implemented the system you proposed in week 3, your task is to look at the data infrastructure and technology in place, and provide the following:
