NCM-107|Formulate a nursing care process 

A 19- year- old, college student visits the university clinic due to severe throat pain stating that “I feel like swallowing razor blades, and it hurts badly”. She is also complaining of having bad breath, neck pain and “knots” on either side of the neck, chills, fever, feeling tired all day, and no appetite. She admitted that she had been studying “day and night” for the prelim exam. This is the third time that she experienced this problem this year. No previous consultation was done but she just takes medicine without a prescription.
