Healthcare Position

This is just mini simple discussion related to the assignmnet (The answer

Question 1 – Describe a healthcare position that interests you. What are the
responsibilities of that position?
Question 2 – During your reading for Unit 2, you learned the various
components of several types of medical records used in a healthcare
setting. You will discuss the impact of how complete and/or incomplete
documentation in a medical record could impact continued medical care for
a patient. Please give one example of complete documentation and one
example of incomplete documentation. Discuss the impact of complete and
incomplete documentation on the future care of the patient. Outside
sources are required and must be cited in APA format.

For the Assignment this week, you imagine yourself developing your initial plan of moving
yourself toward a healthcare career and describe your plan and what you will need to
develop yourself toward the goal.

responsibilities. Then choose the one that interests you the most.
● Describe how you will prepare yourself to obtain the skills and abilities needed for
the job.
Requirements
