Demonstrate with specific examples two to three of the Communication functions, which were implemented throughout the research? (Minimum of 150 words)

The communication functions implemented throughout the research were:

• Information sharing: The students were given information about the problem-posing and presentation method, and they were able to share this information with each other.
• Persuasion: The students were able to persuade each other to adopt the problem-posing and presentation method.
• Motivation: The students were motivated to learn the problem-posing and presentation method by the prospect of improving their communication skills.

For example, in the first cycle of the research, the students were given a presentation on the problem-posing and presentation method. This presentation provided them with information about the method, and it also motivated them to try it out. In the second cycle of the research, the students were given more opportunities to practice the problem-posing and presentation method. This practice helped them to improve their communication skills, and it also motivated them to continue using the method.

2. Discuss the tools used to improve the Communication management practices following the Tables provided in the case? (Minimum of 150 words)

The tools used to improve the communication management practices in the case study were:

• Pre-test and post-test: The students were given a pre-test and a post-test to measure their improvement in communication skills.
• Interviews: The students were interviewed to get their feedback on the problem-posing and presentation method.
• Observations: The students were observed to see how they used the problem-posing and presentation method.

The results of the pre-test and post-test showed that the students had improved their communication skills after using the problem-posing and presentation method. The interviews and observations also showed that the students were satisfied with the method and that they thought it was effective in improving their communication skills.

3. To which extent do you agree with the author view regarding the importance of enhancing student’s communication skills ? Support your side with evidence (Minimum of 250)

I agree with the author’s view regarding the importance of enhancing students’ communication skills. Communication is a vital skill for students to have, as it will help them to succeed in school and in their careers. Students who are able to communicate effectively are better able to:

• Solve problems: Effective communication can help students to gather information, identify problems, and develop solutions.
• Work collaboratively: Effective communication can help students to work together with others to achieve common goals.
• Present information: Effective communication can help students to present information in a clear and concise way.
• Build relationships: Effective communication can help students to build relationships with their teachers, classmates, and other adults.

There is a lot of evidence to support the importance of enhancing students’ communication skills. For example, a study by the National Association of Colleges and Employers found that 77% of employers said that communication skills were “very important” or “essential” for entry-level jobs. Another study by the Partnership for 21st Century Skills found that communication skills are one of the top five skills that employers are looking for in new hires.

I believe that schools should do more to enhance students’ communication skills. This can be done by incorporating more communication activities into the curriculum, providing students with opportunities to practice their communication skills, and providing feedback on their communication skills.
