Organizational Culture and Its Impact on African American Immigrants.

Research question

The research question for the proposed study is What are the factors that influences discrimination of African American immigrants in organizations in the United States.

Research problem

The research problem that will be addressed through this study is how to bridge the gap that discriminates  African Americans employees  because of historical disadvantage to take advantage of opportunities available to African Americans in organizations.
