Overview

The final project in this course is due towards the end of the course and involves writing a paper and creating a presentation. You will receive instructions later in the course as to the specific requirements for the paper and presentation after your instructor has approved your topic. For now, you only need to identify the topic you wish to research and report on and list the research questions you want to answer.

Use this page to submit your topic selection and research questions for the final paper and presentation. You must select a topic and submit the topic to your instructor by the end of this module.

Requirements

Select a topic from the list below that interests you. Alternatively, you may suggest another topic to your instructor. If you request a topic that is not on this list, do not proceed any further with the Milestones until you receive an approval from your instructor.
List at least four research questions you have about your topic that you want to answer as a result of your research. Provide explanation on why you selected those research questions. Why are you interested in this topic? What do you already know about this topic? What search terms could help you locate credible research on this topic?
Submit your topic and research questions in this discussion assignment by the due date.
Your instructor will provide feedback on your topic and research questions and approve your project or indicate that you need to refine it. Your instructor may comment on your research questions, suggest changes, or have you include other questions to be answered from your topic research. A list of possible topics is listed below:
