1. Use the attached table to develop a care plan, taking as a reference the information you mention in the first part of the work. In it you must:

a. Differentiate subjective from objective data

b. Establish a nursing diagnosis in PES format (problem-etiology-signs and symptoms)

c. Identify two targets using the NOC nomenclature with their codes

d. Identify two interventions using the NIC nomenclature with their codes

and. Using evidence-based practice as a basis, explain the scientific rationale for the two interventions identified in the previous column.
