Bert’s primary diagnosis is Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). Medications: Propranolol, Metformin, Finasteride, Tamsulosin, Paracetamol. The doctors are monitoring the current conservative management and have discussed the possibility of a transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) if medications are not effective.
