When we do not have a clear understanding and communicate the wrong information, the outcomes of our errors can be fatal for our patients.  Incorrect medical terms can lead to improper care, as well as billing and ultimately incorrect reimbursement amounts.  When learning medical terminology, constant repetition helps a great deal. Let’s practice…. What is the root word and combining form meaning spinal cord?  What is the root word and combining form meaning muscle?
