I would like to provide a scenario where a patient went into cardaic arrest in ED and a gibbs reflective cycle
Students are asked to examine an aspect of nursing care, that provided them with a positive or negative learning experience.

Students are asked to ascertain if their experience was reflective of best practice guidelines.

In the critical reflection, students will need to identify:

• An ISBAR introduction to the aspect of nursing care with de-identifying factors for the patient, clinical unit, hospital and any staff appropriate to the scenario
• the process that was followed
• the policy it relates to
• nursing actions of care identified
• the challenges the student faced throughout the process of caring for the patient
• Reference to the NMBA Registered Nurse standards of Practice

The experience must be reflective of the clinical area in which the Professional Experience Placement was attended. A full reference list must be provided following University guidelines
