From the clinical examination (intra-oral), socket used for tooth extraction 46 is red in color, swollen, painful and accompanied by bad oral hygiene. In the tooth extraction socket, there is no blood clot, but pseudomembrane is found to be yellow and smelly. Doctors diagnose as alveolitis.
