For example, you might identify a problem as low employee engagement and increasing turnover. Some of the factors might include:
A culture of fear driven by authoritarian senior leaders that leads to silence; employees don’t share perspectives with leaders
Unclear vision, goals, and strategic direction
The CEO has an inward mindset (i.e., self-absorbed); sees employees as objects that are replaceable. Senior leaders are very difficult to access for conversations or feedback/input.
Supervisors are burned out, unmotivated, and just tell employees what to do (without involving them in decisions).

Using the theories and concepts (i.e., motivation, ethics/courage, communication, etc.) learned in the course, act as a consultant to your senior leaders and write a 4 to 6-page list of recommendations to address the factors (Q2) contributing to the problem (Q1).
