Donald Jackson, 73 years old, is in a rehab facility after undergoing a below-knee amputation. His family has been very attentive; he’s in fairly good spirits and has been progressing well with his physical therapy. While you’re helping settle him in bed for a nap after a physical therapy session, Mr. Jackson complains, “There’s no privacy in this place! How am I supposed to get any private time with my wife when she visits? We have our needs, you know what I mean?”
